A digital impression system generally yields far better results than messy, uncomfortable dental putty. The list goes on, but the bottom line is that in order to bring you efficient and comfortable care, our dentists made sure Fort Worth Gentle Dental has stayed up to date with the latest technology. Intraoral Camera

Intraoral cameras are very thin devices that can be used to take images of your mouth from a variety of angles – have several important benefits. First, they show your teeth and gums in crystal clear detail so that we can pick out potential problem areas more easily. Furthermore, they provide us with a means to show you exactly what we see in your mouth so that you understand what is going on. We use Mouthwatch intraoral cameras because they are extremely easy to use and make the process as efficient as possible.

Digital X-Rays

With the advent of digital technology, taking X-rays is faster and safer than ever. You’ll be exposed to far less radiation during the process, and we do not need to use chemicals to develop the final images. Not only will the results be available within seconds, but they will be extremely detailed, giving us a clear view of the various structures inside your mouth. We can enlarge these images as needed to ensure that no issue is overlooked no matter how small.
